What is Graston Technique®?
Graston Technique® is an innovative, patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. Muscle knots are formed when injured tissue heal improperly and scar tissue deposit randomly. With Graston Technique®, the body’s healing process restarts, and new nutrients and blood are brought to the area.
