Payment Plans:
Our goal is to provide you with the best personalized health care at a reasonable price.

Insurance Coverage:
Our office is an out of network with all the insurance companies. Every insurance plan is different, and we collect the full payment at the time of each service. 

Auto Accident Injury Claims:
we accept almost all types of personal injury insurances. We also do all the billing for you! If you need an attorney, we have several trustworthy attorneys that we can refer you to. We also can work with your attorney if you already have one.

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment slot to another patient. A fee of $65 may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without this courtesy notice.
